Home-grown in New South Wales & Victoria, the Brokenwood Rosato (Italian for Rosé) is made from the Mediterranean grape varietals Nebbiolo, Sangiovese & Tempranillo. This wine celebrates stellar Aussie produce and gives a nod to the great Rosé styles of Europe.

Brokenwood brings out Nebbiolo’s famed savoury and textual grip, and together with its alluring floral notes, every drinker is transported to a table in Southern Italy filled with freshly plucked seafood and juicy torn salads of burrata, peach, and prosciutto.

Rosé is not often considered a food wine, but we think that needs to change. This wine is as much for Saturday afternoon drinks as it is for serious dining. It’s a devilishly good match with pesce crudo and charred shellfish, it provides a refreshing rebuttal to chilli filled pasta, and elegantly cuts through the creamy dairy of soft cheese.
